SINGLE IDLER BELT WEIGHER
The BW1 Series is our very new design – robust, accurate, reliable and low cost unit. Its unique design is set to create new standards in low cost belts scales.This scale is not counter- balanced and excludes a built in test weight. However it is light weight, therefore counter-balance is not important, and it is full floating, therefore any known mass placed on the idler can be used as a test mass. With its proven trade accuracy on a 2000 tph application, it has revolutionized the single idler conveyor belt scale. Unique and excellently designed, with proven robustness, accuracy and reliability, the BW1 scale will fulfil the basic requirements of a belt scale at a very low cost. This model has been recently tested by the SABS and found to be certifiable.
BW2 SERIES BELT SCALE
The new series belt scale is based on the innovative design of our single idler scale (Trade Accuracy). The scale is expected to perform better than our single idler scale and is scheduled for Trade Approval Testing within 2008. The features that sets these scales apart from other suppliers’ is their sophisticated design, high speed manufacture, robustness and ease of installation and maintenance. The two idler scales designed with an optional span check facility. The longer weigh span allows it to be more tolerant of idler mis alignment than the single idler scale.

PLANT SCALES HIGH ACCURACY (full floating, factory assembled and single/dual load cell) The BWC2 Series 07 is the middle of the range belt scale. Accuracy is marginally lower than that of the top of the range scale, BW4. The BWC2 Series is identical to that of the BWC4 except that it has one weigh platform as opposed to two for the BW4 and half the size in length.
BW4 SERIES BELT SCALE
The BW4 scale comprises of two BW2 weigh platforms. This configuration allows a level of redundancy, in that should one of two platforms (BW2) fail it could simply be electrically disconnected and the scale can be put into operation (after a tare check). The BW2 scale would have a higher accuracy spec than the two idler scale. We expect to trade test these units within 2008. Accuracy spec is expected to be within 0.1 % error. We are currently developing our high specification integrator and with its abundance of modern features and multi channel inputs will be able to have two scales within a single 4 idler scale. This would allow an error alarm tolerance that can be communicated to the user. In other words the BW4 scale will check itself on a continuous basis within the parameters set by the user. The details of these will be confirmed once the equipment has been completely developed. High accuracy.

BATCH CONTROLLER RANGE
The WPAK100 Batch Controller is a single weigher, multiple ingredient, weigh controller that may be used in a variety of weighing, flow metering and batch processing applications. It offers the flexibility of high accuracy automatic ingredient weighing, metering and discharge, along with configurable timer/interlock functions for control of mixing, heating and other process operations from a single weigh controller. Operating from stored recipe data selected through its front panel or from a supervisory PLC or PC system.
